Exodus will become famous soon enough

I don't agree for the cause, despite being a spotter. Not everyone uses common sense on where to stop and spot safely. Telling other people to watch for spotters is just adding another burden on the road. Specially since spotters are not in recognized vehicles, don't have special lights, signs, etc. There is generally nothing that separates us from anyone else.

I just meant it for driving safety. They have this for motorcycles though I think getting on a bike is already a death wish to begin with. They also have this for farmers and so on.

If you are driving right you should be aware of all hazards around you. If this was the case there should be no accidents. Well it is not the case and people distract themselves easily with things in their vehicles all the time.

Exodus this is no different then Watch For Motorcycles or that Give Us a Brake signage they have for construction workers. If you see a car on the side of the road you pay a little extra attention to it because it is out of place. You don't know if it's someone broken down, an abandoned car, or someone on a cell phone. You watch it to make sure it does not pull out in front of you. That car does not usually have any lights or signs on it. You pay attention none the less.

In any kind of severe weather situation you get people pulling over because they get afraid to drive. Spotters pull over to observe. If you continue to drive you have to contend with the weather and the stopped vehicles. If you stop you are still contending with the weather and you have to contend with the moving vehicles.

Point is in a vehicle you have to be aware of all possible hazards whether the vehicle you are in is moving or not. I can sit in my driveway right now and some drunk could come plow through my lawn and into my truck with me sitting in it. Obviously not my fault but it is a hazard and I should be aware of it if I am aware of my surroundings.

I am not trying to talk you into joining the cause as I have never joined it even. I am just trying to illustrate that anything that will get people to think and be aware of their surroundings while operating a vehicle is nothing to disapprove of. If it makes even one person drive safer it is a success.
